Our cancelation policy is as follows for direct bookings unless otherwise outlined in the Snowpine offers package you booked through.

Winter Season: A 30-day cancellation policy applies. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days prior to check-in for a refund of the 1-night room and tax deposit, minus a 3% processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. At the 30-day mark, the remaining balance for the full stay will be charged and becomes non-refundable. Winter season dates: December 1st – April 30th.

Summer Season: A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to check-in for a refund of the 1-night room and tax deposit, minus a 3% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival are non-refundable. At the 48-hour mark, the remaining balance for the full stay will be charged and is non-refundable. Summer season dates: May 1st – November 30th.

Deposit Requirement: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking for all reservations, regardless of the season. This deposit will be applied to your stay and is subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
