For the August Alta Wine Club, we will venture to Italy and explore five Northern Italian wines. These wines we will be tasting are currently not available in the state and have been specially ordered for this event. The wines will be mindfully paired with small plates inspired by Northern Italian cuisine created by Alta Lodge’s Sam Wolfe. Please note this event is a 21 and over event.
What to expect:
Expect to mingle, talk with others about the wines and cuisine, and try wines that you most likely have not had before.
Background on our wine expert Jeff Withey: Jeff is a long time Alta skier and wine professional CSW/ WSET3. Jeff spent 2 decades working in Alta and now works for RNDC a national wine distributor.
