Applesauce Making Class (ACE)

In this class, students will make and can applesauce, learn the fundamentals of safe food preserving, and how to store canned items. All the tools, recipe, and instruction will be included. Students will leave with a half pint of applesauce.
As a master food preserver, Anna is on a mission to revive the dying art of food preservation. She is an avid forager, gardener, and maker who lives in Ogden. Her mission is to create a fun, educational learning experience so that participants will catch the bug of preserving.
